My wife and I bought a new 2016 **** FL in January of this year. We are full time RV'S and I made sure that they would honor the warranty.

The factory rep was at the show at the time of purchase and i specifically asked him if they would come to our park where we are based and cover any warranty work. He said that the factory would unless it was something that absolutely had to have shop time ( slide not working properly, etc) when we picked up the unit, as usual we were anxious to get it back to the park. Upon getting settled in, we discovered many items that should be covered under warranty. Toilet not holding water, thermostats not working properly, ( had to set them on 60 degrees to maintain reasonable temperature 25-30 degrees outside.

Couch on street side back does not recline, recliner won't stay in holding clips, does not recline. Now we have a jack (hydraulic) leaking, unit will not stay level. Floor in bathroom and bedroom floor next to bathroom squeaks. Television does not ascend far enough for remote to reach, have to hold remote up in air and point down to operate wound.

TV hooked to dr=irect tv, controls channels.. we have quite a bit of motion when walking across floor. Factory and dealer have firmly refused to come to our location and do any warranty work. They said I should bring it back to the dealer and work would be completed.

Where will we live while unit in shop for a week or more. What do I do withall the food in freezer and refrigerator (residential side by wide with bottom freezer ) It is supposedly a 4 season unit, (sticker on side) It has been hot where we stay (suth of Atlanta, Ga. 35 miles) and both ac units run 15-18 hours a day. 90 degree temp in day time, we have shade.

Front unit will shut off and not restart unless I turn off at thermostat and leave off for a few minutes then restart. temperature will not get below 78-80 degrees until sun goes down.

I have attempted to find an attorney to file law suit with no luck, no one will take it because there is no personal injury. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE NOT TO BUY A MONTANA.

THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE FULL TIMERS WARRANTY.

THEIR BROCHURE PLAINLY STATES ON THE FRONT COVER THAT THEY HAVE A FULL TIMERS WARRANTY. TO ME A FULL TIMERS WARRANTY MEANS THAT THE BUYER WILL BE OCCUPYING THE UNIT ON A FULL TIME BASIS AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE IT AND LEAVE IT A DEALERS FOR ANY LENGHT OF TIME.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $80000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Location: Winston, Georgia
