Right now Thor is working to satisfy my complaints , they responded very quickly and were very sensitive to my needs.

User's recommendation: This is my second coach purchased from Thor ,I would recommend them as they do build a great motorhome.

On going issues with brand new Miramar 35.2

Worked there, then quit

I can't say to much in the way of Thor itself, I've only heard good things. As far As a company they recently purchased though .... (Jayco). I was never given a chance there, had an issue and was advised not to go to HR. I was regularly singled out by my boss in front of everyone in wire harness. When I would hit my numbers I was not given the bonus for it. If you look on indeed, a handful even those who left good reviews mentioned poor management. I just can't understand how a company like jayco claims high values but continues to employ management that they have numerous complaints in. I'm not alone when I say if your not Amish you don't have a chance! Wire harness has their own clique and if your not in it you will not succeed! I and many others would love to see change in management! The foremans and assistant foreman are amazing but besides that there are real issues!

Had a great experience all the way around

We bought a 2016 Thor Hurricane from Reines RV. Had a couple of problems after picking it up. Ladder was missing screws, radio stopped working, awning lights were faulty. Dealer fixed/replaced all with no issues and at no cost. Later reported out of Warrenty issues to Thor to find replacement parts, Thor recommended a dealer to repair items and sent some of the items to us for free. I feel a lot of the negative reviews come from people who have no idea what they are doing when they purchase an RV. Every dealer offers a walk through for you to test every system, the onus is on you to follow through! Very happy with my coach and Thor. I’d buy another in a heartbeat, sadly Reines is no more, or I’d drive all the way back to buy from them.

We have bought other RVs . We traded a class a in on a smaller one .So we could go more, and it is easier to drive.

their warranty was great ,that"s why we bought it. But don't have any problems with it .

Storage and draw opens

The cabnet that store my food keeps opening and I have only owned my winds port 2015 7 months in for warranty and they say it's not under it . We go down road and cabnet opens and bangs open and hits other side of coach . We were going to put latch but assumed under warranty and we have them fix so we put foot stool there .Crazy isn't it. Then stairs going out of door has draw does same thing and rattles and if you don't watch draw might be open when stop and you can step into it . I have almost many times . But wanted to wait to get into shop . But we have to pay . I said forget it I can fix it . It took us till 1st Oct to get in for other warranty so now still waiting Thor to approve and I have no motorhome no trips and paying . Nobody ever told me about this problem and we are planning on trading in 2017 to upgrade but I will check other company's and they process before we buy again . We really like everything else about outr first motorhome but not seeing we want bigger .

2016 Thor Motor Coach Ace Rv Review

I purchased a 2016 ace and I have not had any problems with the people or the rv. The v10 has plenty o power and handles fine. Gonna travel around the USA. With it.
