Captains chairs finish is cracking an wearing off, 2018 Thor 31s with 6,000 miles these seats should be a factory recall very poor quality.

Nothing but problems from day one of ownership

I made the HUGE MISTAKE of buying a new Thor 22E four years ago. I had nothing but problems from the very start. Most problems were fixed under warranty, but still a major pain. After warranty expired, non stop problems continued. I finally sold the piece of crap.

User's recommendation: Avoid Thor at all costs.

Poor quality in two rv's

bought a new 25 foot with a real slide. it would not retract so I drove it back to the dealer & was told I had to push the retract button 6 times. what a lousy system. the front seat had to be pushed on a 45 degree angle before turning it. bought a 2016 axis 24.1 with poor seat upholstering & the arm rest would not go up all the way, the windows on both sides were leaking which caused the wall to buckle

I am contacting you about our 2018 ARIA . As we have had multiple issues with this coach , with slides not working properly if at all ,refrigerator falling into the slide , walls popping loose in the mid coach bath and the bedroom and tile falling off the walls in the kitchen and floor tiles marred by the slides as well as the rear bathroom mirror falling off the wall , I have had to have the entire floor of the water tank compartment and the right side front storage compartment replaced as the original floors rotted out, mind you this coach is less than two years old. Now the inside of the main entrance door is so discolored as to be almost yellow and the driver and passenger seats are starting to peel. Information from other THOR owners implies that this is not an isolated incident.I am contacting you in hopes that THOR will take a stand behind their name and reputation and do something about this poor workmanship and substandard materials delivered in their coaches especially for the prices paid for them. As these problems continue to point to the workmanship and materials and so far THORS lack of concern and communication I find it harder and harder to express my confidence in a THOR product to any other potential buyers when the company itself declines to stand by their product. I am hoping that Thor will step up and back their product. Please let me know what can be done. The vin number for our coach is 4UZACHFC1JCJW6762 FREDERICK E. WOLKEN

013 hurricane 32a .Called customer care said there was nothing they could do about this problem. Tried to find out if they would be going after the company the made this material, was told not that they no of. Looks like they have known about this for awhile and still did nothing. Wont be buying any of there products again, prefer to buy from a company that's proud of what they place in there rv's.

Thor Compass Leak repair / Camping World

Bought a new Thor Compass and in 6 months noticed something happening with floor getting soft and lumpy. We only used it 3 weeks becuse we bought it at end of season and took a spring trip for 3 weeks.Took back to Camping World of Island Lake Ill. They opened floor and found it was moldy. Found a bad connection from toilet leaking underneath.Took 4 weeks to get ok for warrenty work apporoved for 30 hrs of repair. Thor wanted Camping World to work on it beause Thor was behind in repair work at factory. Needless to say it has been in the shop for 8 wks. Now and we cant get parts or people to know how to repair it. We are back in forth with calls to Thor and Camping World pointing the finger. Mean while we are without a trailer for the season and still paying for poor quality and poor repair service from both companies.

You still were not very helpful in pushing Camping World in making repairs. Your spoke person replied they could not interfere in what Camping World does or there repair work.

Even though you had no time to do the repairs yourself and told us to yous Camping World. Your craftsmanship is lacking and needs much updating. After seeing so many complaints about Thor products and how many brands you own.

I am not surprised that customers are looking elsewhere. The word out there is that if you buy a Thor product your going to have several issues the first couple of years.

I have a 2015 Challenger 37tb. The leather on driver, passenger seat and dinning table seating are flaking off. Looks terrible. I am ashamed to let people come in and look at the motorhome now. This is an ongoing problem with Thor. I had a 2007 Hurricane and the same thing happened with it. They blamed it on a bad batch of material from China. Thor did how ever send me new covers for the Hurricane. Will do nothing about the 2015 Challenger. This will be the last Thor product I ever buy. Will tell everyone to stay away from Thor.

I have the same problem and was given the same NO solution. Thor needs to step up and offer a solution.

Dual Electronics was allowed to stop production and offer no service. We are stuck with obsolete equipment after spending lots of money on a motorhome. We don't want the smaller screen replacement. We want and need the 10.1 inch screen.

Did they ever resolve it? I’m curious what can be done legally since I’m pretty sure they won’t take ours back and give a full refund.

Terrible workmanship and quality control.

The consumer should not have to complete the building of a unit. We were told there would be issues with a new unit but I’ve had to pay for storage on a unit it’s not parked at and a payment for a rig we haven’t had since the end of August.
