I have a 2015 Challenger 37tb. The leather on driver, passenger seat and dinning table seating are flaking off. Looks terrible. I am ashamed to let people come in and look at the motorhome now. This is an ongoing problem with Thor. I had a 2007 Hurricane and the same thing happened with it. They blamed it on a bad batch of material from China. Thor did how ever send me new covers for the Hurricane. Will do nothing about the 2015 Challenger. This will be the last Thor product I ever buy. Will tell everyone to stay away from Thor.

We have a 2017 Siesta, its been used approx 6 times, maybe a couple times a year. We just took it out this year for the first time and our display has gone out as well.

Not happy at all with Thor, will never buy another one. Worst brand ever!!!!

Wish they took pride in their work

Terrible workmanship, so many issues, i cant list them all, going back to flag rv in westboylston mass to get it right. If not i will file a complaint with the BBB, CONSUMER PROTECTION ANGENTCEY AND ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF MASS.

Did they ever resolve it? I’m curious what can be done legally since I’m pretty sure they won’t take ours back and give a full refund.

Terrible workmanship and quality control.

The consumer should not have to complete the building of a unit. We were told there would be issues with a new unit but I’ve had to pay for storage on a unit it’s not parked at and a payment for a rig we haven’t had since the end of August.

Worst in the industry. DO NOT BY A THOR PRODUCT! Have been to the factory 3 times. Most everything still not fixed. They lied to us on things they said they did and didn’t touch a most of it.

Owning a Thor product is like trying to keep toilet paper dry in a rain storm. And after being the not so proud owner for 17 years of a Thor Chateau.

And having almost everything break, falloff, leak, or just simply not work, I just now laugh. It is a model kit that you start with and constantly need to fix. Even a simple rear blown out tire can lead to ripped out electrical, hydrolics line for slide, trim molding that adds up to $1100.00 repair due to poor design.

If you wait to retire to own one you will not be retired long in fixing it. Come on you gotta laugh at so many people being taken advantage of with simple *** of a product.

Disappointed

We stopped to look at new Thor Freedom Elites at Camping World in Houghton lake Michigan and after driving 200 miles with hopes of buying one, we were quickly turned off by the poor workmanship and materials. The first thing we noticed was what we thought was a tiled backsplash over the stove and sink was merely a decal and both were bubbled up and peeling free from the wall! These are brand new motorhomes! I thought, if this is what they do in the areas I see everyday, what kind of shoddy work lies beneath? My next question was, why would they not fix this at the dealership and leave it for everyone to see? This is when our long, short- lived trip ended and we sadly left for a long ride home.

Thor produces one type of quality product, cheap materials, fast assembly, out the door and on to the next one. Anyone that owns one will not be a repeat customer.

The warrantee finally runs out, but the fixing things goes on and on for as long as you own it. How can anything stay together with 50 gal. of water, 40 gal. of gas, whatever is in the holding tank, 500 lbs.

of food, two dogs, and all the stuff you can fit underneath, going 70 miles an hour on American highways. Within 15 years you can expect to fix everything. Seriously, I mean for real. And somethings a couple of times.

It falls apart going down the road. Fact, *** stinks.

Junk not good company

i should have got a better brand of motor home had water leaks 5 doors falling apart v3 locks falling off doors 4 doors not closing right all batterys going dead because of a bad switch water heater not working no heat in bath room trim falling off and when you call thor motor company and they say i will get back to you also e mail them do not believe them jamie rieks remember that name jamie rieks i asked for some extra warrenty and was told sure because of all the things that went wrong when the time came no one answered my calls or email since then i have had my head looked at to see how this happened

Received call from repair shop. Insurance paying for parts (not exactly sure what parts)...My cost will be in excess of $2000.00!

The broken brackets caused body damage which will not be covered because it's physical damage. Awning needs to be replaced but again not...

The owning

I have Hurricane 31s 2017 but i bought at June 2016 and the miles only 3900 mi . on October 18/2016 my husband and I went to vacation at Jackson Rancheria CA. before we go two weeks we want to test the RV and make sure everything working , I roll the owning out is no problem but when I want to roll in is doesn't work so, I call Camping world that I bought from them and I still have warranty , they can not send the technical to fixed , I have to drive there and let them fixed but for my situation , I can not because the owning out so, I have to call repair guy and cost me $200 and when we went to Jackson Rancheria ,I couldn't find the cord for electric and the temperature that time is 95 F. I call Camping World and the sale man insist , he put the cord already but I checked every where in and out of the motor home and I can not found it, Thank to God the park have the cord . on May 1/2018 I have problem whit the owning again but the warranty is over. I want to share my story to everyone have the motor home.

We bought a 2016 Freedom Elite 29FE in August 2016 and so far 3 water leaks. It's been in the shop at Camping World Berkley Mass more time then we have used it.

Made terrible in the factory!!

Wish we never bought it and ready to get a lawyer. Yes stay away from Thor motorhomes and Camping World they are crooks!

It's time we start putting some of these stories on TV. I am trying to find a network like the Histroy Channel or A & E to produce a show showing how Americans are getting ripped off by RV makers. Thor being the number one ripoff. The show will be a take off of the one on now called, "Big Time RV". Thor will not back up their product

We have a 2015 Tuscany XTE 40GQ. We have had so many issues with it from day one. The latest issue now is the coach is only 2+ years old and we have two main slides coming apart. The first one is on the passengers side, the wall is coming off the frame and the 2nd issue is the drivers side slide has dropped a 1/2 in and is cracking the tile and will not go in and out without eating up the tracking. When I called Thor, I was told that it is now my problem because I never reported it during the one year time under warranty. They ripped off a disabled veteran for a quarter of a million dollars. You would think they would stand behind their name when something like this falls apart. I fully advise anyone buying a RV to NOT BUY ANY THING OWN BY THOR!!! This now include Jayco products which is now owned by Thor.
