Thor Industries - Bad service
I bought my 2015 thor hurricane from DeMontron RV. I bought the Rv on July 22 2017 it has been in the shop for 3 times since then, for more than 3 months .
They Never fix the problem the first time, the last time I was charged $1146.00 the even though I have insurance thru good sam and extended mantaince insurance . We have had nothing but lies and trouble with their repairs. When we but it we were told at the most we would pay is the deductable. They tried to charge us for problems with it when we bought it and was told they would fix for free.
I had a licened Electrican look at it and was told what was wrong with it, DeMontron said that there was no problem with several things I reported to them. But later said yes one item was bad, they charged me 4 hrs labor @ $135.00 per hour to detect the power relay even though the person talking the list of problems said the converter was bad by smelling it burnt up! They charged me shipping on parts needed to be replaced. I have called to try and fix the problems but have gotten no repsonce in 2 months.
At this point I wouldn't trust DeMontron to fix a bycycle with a flat tire as it would take them 3 hrs to figure out it had a flat tire and 2 hrs to fix or replace it. David Kellebrew 281-578-****
