Purchased from LazyDays-Tampa. There service department still has ordered no parts for over 20 problems in five months. Been there 3 times. Leveler never worked, pocket doors just fell down, linoleum floor coming up, windows falling out, shower leaks, front fuel tank does not fill, 1'' gap in entrance door, batteries dead, storage compartments leak and do not lock, overhead bed sleeper cracking, slider leaks water, a/c do not cool enough to stay... I see a lot of coaches with the same problems we have a 04 Mandalay that the problem started 3 years after we bought it, it was the print, or the clear coat, its the fiberglass that's checking. I spoke to Mandalay years ago about what they would do about it, and they told me that it was the painters problem, so I tried to get an hold of the printer....and they had gone out of business. I am new to the RV world. My husband and I excitedly purchased our first RV July 2016. We purchased a 2016 Freedom Elite. We'd taken two trips with no issues in July & August 2016, but Oct when my husband wanted to go tailgating he encountered water leaking in on him in the drivers seat . We have a sunset trail 33rl bought new in 2015,we have had small problems all the time we've had it first a fuse kept blowing and the tv wouldn't work,now the axel is crooked and the tires are all worn.We used it this week and the handle fell off the bathroom door.We have had a problem every time we use it.It has a moldy smell all the time.You can see staples in the dealing.It is falling apart in front of our eyes.The dealer is not a freak... You hit the nail on the head: "RV Industry" They are ripping people off now that gas prices are low and they are selling tons of these pieces of garbage. Quality control and warranty work goes out the window. They are not interested in quality, only selling as many units at the highest price possible. I was excited to watch the YouTube videos praising the new RUVs from Thor. Specifically the Vegas and the Ace. Thankfully I found this site which chronicles the myriad of problems with these units. Some straight from the factory. I don't expect my truck to be at the dealer for months on end, let alone a 100K RV. So thanks to everyone for the reviews. I'll look for another brand to purchase. We've had our 2016 Thor Vegas for one year and its been in the shop 6 times for warranty issued. Poor quality craftsmanship.

The long slide is a nightmare! We can get it in if we inch it in over time. Camping world tried to fix the problem but it never works. They said it was because it was too long. WHY does camping wld sell Thor when their product is so shoddy? Our rig is back at camping world for another few weeks and we are stuck in a motel. STAY AWAY FROM THOR ACE!!!!!

Dear Bill, I wanted you to know the problem we are experiencing with our brand new 2017 Thor RUV Vegas motor coach. We ordered the Vegas from Camping World in Golden, CO in March of 2016 and it was delivered to us almost 3 weeks early in May 2016. Our first trip was to San Diego from Colorado to visit friends and family and we were to be gone for 3 weeks. Three hours into our trip the coach A/C stopped working. Mind you, it was the hottest...
